Nutrition & everyday wellbeing for women 40+

You know you want to feel better. You just do not know where to start.

There is so much information about nutrition, protein, weight, gut health, menopause, supplements and healthy habits that looking after yourself can start to feel like another job.

It does not need to.

Start with what matters most to you right now and I will help you work out a simple, realistic place to begin.

Find My Starting Point

Takes around 2 minutes. No extreme diets. No complicated routines. No pressure to buy everything.

Ali Villani, a wellbeing guide for women 40+, sitting in a calm, bright space with a cup of tea

You do not need to change everything. You just need to know where to start.

Sound familiar?

It is not a lack of willpower. It is too many starting points.

Most women I speak to are already doing plenty. The problem is knowing which one change would actually make a difference right now.

  • You are eating reasonably well, but your energy still dips through the day.
  • You have read about protein, fibre, gut health and hormones and now feel more confused than before.
  • The things that used to work for your body do not seem to work the same way anymore.
  • You have tried plans that worked for a while, then quietly fell away.
  • You do not want another overhaul. You want something that fits the life you already have.

In her own words

Simple changes. Real differences.

Short stories from women who picked one starting point and stayed with it.

I stopped trying to change everything at once.

Sophie was tired, busy and knew her eating had become a bit all over the place.
What she changed
She started with one simple goal: adding more protein to her meals and planning ahead for her busiest days.
What she noticed
She felt more organised around food, was snacking less and finally felt like she was building habits she could actually stick with.
Sophie, 38
I needed something that worked with real life.

How it works

Two minutes to a clearer place to begin

  1. 01

    Tell me what matters most

A handful of gentle questions about your energy, eating patterns and what you would most like to feel different.

  2. 02

    Get your starting point

One clear focus, chosen for where you are now, with the reasoning explained in plain language.

  3. 03

    Begin small, keep going

A realistic first step you can start this week, and simple guidance for what comes after it.

What you get

A calm, specific answer to the question where do I even begin

One focus, not fifteen
Your result names a single area to work on first, so nothing else has to compete for your attention.
Advice that fits real life
Built around cooking for other people, busy weeks, travel and the days that do not go to plan.
Made for this stage of life
Energy, nutrition, sleep, movement, weight and different stages of life can all influence how we feel. Your starting point should take the bigger picture into account.
Nothing to buy to begin
No supplement stack, no restrictive plan. Just a sensible first step and the reason behind it.
Almonds, a rosemary sprig and a blush ceramic dish on soft linen

What could your starting point be?

No idea which one sounds like you? That is exactly what the quiz is for.

About Ali

“I am not here to hand you another plan to fail at. I am here to help you find the one change that makes the next one easier.”

I know what it feels like when your body changes and the things that once seemed to work do not feel quite the same anymore. Through my own experience with menopause, nutrition and rebuilding the everyday habits that help me feel like myself, I have learnt that doing more is rarely the answer.

My approach is simple. Work out where you are now, choose the starting point that will make the biggest difference, and build from there.

You do not need to change everything. You just need to know where to start.

Answer a few questions and I will point you to the one thing worth beginning with.
